Terms & Conditions

  • * This package covers the design and development of a single informational one-page website only. E-commerce functionality, online stores, payment processing, booking systems, membership portals, and any other transactional features are not included and are outside the scope of this offer. If any of these services are needed, please email us for a custom quote.
  • * The 24-hour delivery window begins upon receipt of all required client materials (logo, images, and business copy) AND full payment. Production will not begin until both are confirmed.
  • * The 24-hour build period covers design and development only. The site will be presented to the client for review and approval prior to launch. If the client requires additional time to review or has not responded within 24 hours of delivery, the launch timeline will be extended accordingly. Northside Marketing Inc. is not responsible for launch delays caused by delayed client approval. The site launches upon written client approval — not before.
  • * A domain name is required and not included in the package price. If domain facilitation is selected, a $10 administration fee applies in addition to the domain registrar's purchase price. The client is responsible for all domain registrar fees including the initial purchase cost and any annual renewal fees required to keep the domain active. Northside Marketing Inc. is not responsible for domain renewal lapses.
  • * If logo and brand development is selected, the 24-hour website build clock begins after brand assets are fully completed and client-approved.
  • * Hosting is included free for the first year. After year one, hosting renews at $125/year and includes a Domain Validated (DV) SSL certificate.
  • * This offer is limited to 6 spots at the $650 launch price plus the cost of any additional options selected (logo & brand development, domain facilitation, and/or stock photography). Standard rates apply thereafter.
  • * One round of revisions is included. Additional revision rounds are subject to a separate fee.
  • * All payments are non-refundable once production has begun. By submitting payment you acknowledge that design and development work will commence upon receipt of all required materials and that no refunds will be issued once work is underway. If a project is cancelled prior to production beginning, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email and refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
